• The booking deposit amounts to 20% of the total booking cost. In the event of cancellation, it will not be refunded, in accordance with Articles 1385 and 1386 of the Civil Code.
• Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival incur NO additional charge
• From 29 days to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the stay
• From 14 days prior to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total cost of the stay
• In the event of a shortened stay or early departure, the full cost of the stay will be charged, in accordance with the booking contract and Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
• A tourist tax of €1.60 per person per day is not included (children under 10 are exempt)
• Pets are welcome at a cost of €10 per pet per day.
• On arrival, rooms will be available from 1.00 pm.
• On the day of departure, please check out by 10.00 am.
• You can settle your bill by 11.00 pm on the day before departure, or from 8.00 am on the morning of departure
• Payment can be made by debit card, credit card (except American Express) and cash, subject to the statutory limit.
