  • The booking deposit amounts to 20% of the total booking cost. In the event of cancellation, it will not be refunded, in accordance with Articles 1385 and 1386 of the Civil Code.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival incur NO additional charge<\/span><\/li>\n
  • From 29 days to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the stay<\/span><\/li>\n
  • From 14 days prior to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total cost of the stay<\/span><\/li>\n
  • In the event of a shortened stay or early departure, the full cost of the stay will be charged, in accordance with the booking contract and Article 1218 of the Civil Code.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • A tourist tax of \u20ac1.60 per person per day is not included (children under 10 are exempt)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Pets are welcome at a cost of \u20ac10 per pet per day.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • On arrival, rooms will be available from 1.00 pm.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • On the day of departure, please check out by 10.00 am.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • You can settle your bill by 11.00 pm on the day before departure, or from 8.00 am on the morning of departure<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Payment can be made by debit card, credit card (except American Express) and cash, subject to the statutory limit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
